I am passionate about enthusiastic learning! I strive to make unique, professional connections with students and fellow educators. I integrate a variety of pedagogical techniques into my classroom and everyday moments to help people achieve their own "ah-ha" moments:

I believe in a balanced lifestyle when in the pursuit of success. My life is made up of many passions! I am passionate about living a healthy, active lifestyle and sports! 

 

My experiences competing for Team Canada in the sport of ringette have helped me understand that individuals learn and develop best in a safe, inclusive environment where each person can feel safe challenging themselves to achieve their full potential.

MY PHILOSOPHY OF EDUCATION

As a certified teacher with a passion for education in a variety of settings, I am certain that my professional knowledge, pedagogical experience, and enthusiasm for both learning in the classroom and in extracurricular endeavors will benefit my future students, colleagues and the community I teach within.

 

My teaching philosophy focuses on providing students with the opportunity to learn and develop in a safe, inclusive environment where each student can pursue their individual learning goals, develop skills for the future, and succeed in realizing and achieving their full potential.
